We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience by delivering high-quality food that meets their expectations.

• Prepare a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
• Plan and implement menus based on seasonal availability of ingredients
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when needed
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Oversee kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling food

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to create new dishes while also following traditional recipes accurately
• Good understanding of food cost control measures
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
