Experienced Barista Indian in Al

A popular coffee shop in Al Ahmadi is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team As an Indian candidate you will feel at home in our diverse and welcoming environment We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks including espressos lattes cappuccinos and more
• Ensure consistent quality of all beverages by following recipes and company standards
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take accurate orders
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean cash register
• Maintain cleanliness of the caf including tables counters equipment and utensils
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Team player who can also work independently when needed
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide opportunities for growth within the company. As this position requires frequent interaction with customers from different backgrounds we prefer candidates who have a biometric passport.

This job is also open to recent graduates who have completed barista training programs.
