Restaurant Manager

A reputable restaurant in Al Ahmadi Kuwait is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee its daily operations The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the restaurants staff ensuring excellent customer service maintaining high quality standards and maximizing profitability This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills strong communication abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations including staffing budgeting inventory management and customer service
• Train and develop staff to ensure high quality service standards and efficient operations
• Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of food quality cleanliness and safety
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries of supplies while maintaining cost efficiency
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze financial reports to make informed decisions on cost control measures
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions or events that drive business growth

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Fluent in English Arabic language skills are a plus
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train and motivate staff
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with restaurant management software eg POS systems
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed

Salary The salary for this position is 1500$ per month

Location This job is located in Al Ahmadi Kuwait

Nationality This is a preference for Egyptian nationals but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
