Executive Chef at Luxury Hotel in Al

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our luxury hotel in Al Ahmadi. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and experience working in a high-end hotel or restaurant.

• Develop and design menus that reflect the hotel's standards and cater to guest preferences
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency
• Manage and train kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with health codes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Culinary degree or equivalent training from an accredited institution
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1300/month
