• Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring quality and consistency of dishes
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food presentation
• Manage inventory and food costs by controlling portions and minimizing waste
• Collaborate with management to create new dishes or modify existing ones based on customer feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, complying with all sanitation regulations

• Canadian nationality or background preferred
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Passion for cooking with a desire to learn and grow as an Executive Chef
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills

The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
