We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Baking and Decorating Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries, cakes, and desserts for our customers. This role requires a strong command of baking techniques, as well as artistic skills in decorating and presentation.

• Designing and developing new pastry recipes that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts from scratch
• Ensuring high quality standards for taste, appearance, and texture of all baked goods
• Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies to maintain efficient production flow
• Training junior pastry chefs on proper baking techniques and decorating skills
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to create dessert menus that complement the main dishes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
• Passion for creating new flavors and experimenting with different ingredients
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including mixing, rolling, shaping, piping, etc.
• Ability to decorate cakes with precision using various tools such as icing bags, spatulas, etc.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Creativity in designing visually appealing desserts that showcase your artistic skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free)
