Waiter

Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our Indian restaurant in Al Ahmadi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Make recommendations and answer any menu-related questions
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
• Process payments through cash or credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, menus, etc.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting, preferably with Indian cuisine knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be legally eligible to work in Al Ahmadi with proper documentation

• Competitive salary of 1000$ per month
