Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual displays and promotions that attract customers and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and plans for product placement and presentation. Your duties will include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and making product recommendations to maximize profits.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for design. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, as well as accommodations, free visa, and ticket provided. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Design and set up attractive displays that highlight products and generate customer interest
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make suggestions for improving product placement
- Ensure that all promotional materials are properly displayed according to company guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store layouts
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of design principles to create attractive displays
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
