We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Egypt.

• Supervise and train a team of cashiers to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of accuracy in cash handling.
• Monitor daily transactions and ensure all cashiers balance their tills at the end of each shift.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures including counting, recording and depositing cash accurately.
• Create work schedules for cashiers to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct performance evaluations for cashiers and provide coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operation of the store.
• Stay updated on all company policies, procedures and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.

• Proven experience as a Cashier Supervisor or similar role in a retail setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical abilities for accurate cash handling.
• Proficient in using electronic point-of-sale systems (POS).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays if needed.

Salary
: 1400$ per month.
