Merchandiser - Al Indian Nationals

Merchandiser - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products in our store are attractively displayed and stocked, and that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

• Work closely with the buying team to understand product requirements and develop effective merchandising strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
• Plan and execute product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to increase sales
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback
• Train new staff members on merchandising techniques and product knowledge

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physically fit to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Indian nationality preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

This is a full-time position working 5 days a week. The working hours may vary depending on business needs. This job does not require fluency in English or provide accommodation. It is suitable for men who meet the job requirements.
