Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are currently hiring a Sales Manager for our company in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. This position is specifically open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English and do not require prior experience. We welcome all applicants who hold a valid biometric passport.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to achieve targets and increase revenue. Your main goal will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (experience in Kuwait is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the region
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Valid biometric passport
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month along with other benefits such as health insurance, transportation allowance, and annual leave.
