PARCX Technologies, a regional leader in Smart Mobility and Parking Management Solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead our business development and sales efforts in the Kuwait market. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, self‑motivated professional passionate about intelligent parking systems, mobility solutions, and urban automation.
Role ObjectiveTo develop PARCX's market presence in Kuwait by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of our advanced parking and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the smart parking and access control sectors in Kuwait.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility operators.
- Promote PARCX's portfolio of automated parking, payment, and mobility solutions.
- Conduct site visits, system assessments, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the Dubai head office for design, estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation for tenders and client submissions.
- Track market developments, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
- Ensure timely follow‑ups, negotiation, and closure of sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Parking Systems, Bollards, Access Control, Gate Barriers, or related ELV/Automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, ANPR, and smart mobility technologies.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, project sales, and key account management.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Kuwait's infrastructure, construction, and facilities management sectors.
- Must be based in Kuwait and hold a valid Kuwait driving license.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven with the ability to work independently.
- GCC sales experience is an advantage.
