Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Set and achieve sales targets for the team
• Train and mentor sales staff to improve their performance
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with potential clients through networking events, cold calling, and other methods
• Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely delivery of products or services
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

Salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
