Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Egypt

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
• Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
• Ability to travel within Egypt as needed
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency is preferred
