Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their individual sales goals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Ensure that all sales representatives meet or exceed their individual sales goals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry (contract jobs experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the region
• Fluency in English is required (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Must be able to work without accommodation
