Sales Manager - Al

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi Kuwait. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching when needed
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing finance and operations to achieve company goals

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the African or Egyptian market is preferred
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
• Strong negotiation presentation and problem-solving skills
• Valid work permit for Kuwait
