Sales Manager for Indian Nationals in Al

Our company is a leading retail organization in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing profits through effective management of the sales team and store operations.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Train, coach, and motivate sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Work closely with marketing department to plan and execute promotional activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the retail industry
• Proven track record of successful sales achievements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Knowledge of retail management software is preferred
