Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Train and onboard new sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and support
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Travel within Al Ahmadi or other areas in Kuwait as needed for client meetings and business development

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the African or Malayalee market (experience in both markets is preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in the African or Malayalee market
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for local travel

This is a contract job paying 1800$ per month.
