Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and Linked In Deliver strong, concise pitches that create interest and open conversations Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers Understand client needs and align them with our solutions Maintain consistent follow-ups and move prospects through the pipeline Work closely with senior sales team members to close deals
Desired Candidate Profile What we are Looking For 1-3 years of experience in sales / business development (B2B preferred) Freshers with strong communication skills and sales intent are welcome Excellent vocabulary and spoken communication - non-negotiable Confidence in handling conversations with senior stakeholders Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
