Location:
Middle East – Offshore / Marine Terminal Operations
We are urgently seeking highly experienced Mooring Master Pilots for an offshore marine terminal supporting crude oil export activities. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant tanker operations.
Responsibilities- Pilot tankers during berthing and unberthing at MBM and SPM buoy systems
- Supervise lifting, connection, and disconnection of submarine and floating hoses
- Coordinate crude oil transfer operations and calculate quantities loaded on board
- Support and supervise terminal maintenance activities
- Prepare and review SOPs, JHA, JSA/Toolbox Talks, PTW, certificates, and checklists
- Assist the Marine Team Leader with daily operational and safety activities
- âś” Certificate of Proficiency / Endorsement for Oil and/or Liquid Gas Tanker Operations
- âś” Leadership and management training as per STCW 2010 Manila Amendments
- Minimum 6 years as Ship’s Officer
- At least 2 years tanker experience
- Minimum 2 years as Mooring Master / Pilot
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- âś” Certificate of Proficiency / Endorsement for Oil and/or Liquid Gas Tanker Operations
- âś” Leadership and management training as per STCW 2010 Manila Amendments
- Minimum 6 years as Ship’s Officer
- At least 2 years tanker experience
- Minimum 2 years as Mooring Master / Pilot
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
