Courier Supervisor - Al

A leading logistics company in Al Ahmadi is seeking an experienced Courier Supervisor to join our team As a Courier Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier services and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients

• Supervise and manage a team of couriers providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our courier services
• Monitor courier schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of packages
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth delivery operations
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed by couriers while on the road
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of couriers and provide feedback for improvement
• Communicate with clients regarding any delays or issues with deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries including tracking information and delivery status
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Courier Supervisor or similar role in the logistics industry
• Experience managing a team of couriers
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license
