Loader Supervisor

The Loader Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials at our warehouse in Al Ahmadi. This position is open to Indian nationals with proficiency in English and a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of loaders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month, inclusive of accommodation.

• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods from trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement within the warehouse
• Assign tasks to loaders and monitor their performance to ensure timely completion
• Train new loaders on standard operating procedures for loading and unloading different types of goods
• Maintain inventory records for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Conduct regular safety checks on equipment used for loading and report any malfunctions or damages
• Prepare reports on daily operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and any issues encountered during loading or unloading

• Indian national with proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a loader or loader supervisor in a warehouse setting
• Good physical condition to handle heavy lifting and long hours standing
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols for handling different types of goods
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory records
