Role Description

We are hiring a  US Accounting & Tax Associate  to support US-based clients with accounting and tax compliance work. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, offering exposure to real US client engagements and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform US bookkeeping using  Quick Books Online / Desktop

• Prepare and review US individual and business tax returns

• Work on federal and state tax compliance

• Prepare tax work papers and supporting schedules

• Use  Pro Series and Lacerte  for tax return preparation

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax work

• Coordinate with internal teams and respond to data-related queries

• Maintain compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in US accounting and tax return preparation

• Hands-on exposure to  Quick Books Online

• Working experience with  Pro Series and Lacerte

• Good understanding of US tax forms and compliance requirements

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA qualification is a plus but not mandatory
