Senior Account Officer

Key Responsibilities

 Handle end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping and general ledger accounting
 Record journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
 Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
 Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
 Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
 Prepare basic financial reports and support financial analysis
 Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies
 Coordinate with internal teams and clients for accounting-related matters
 Work on accounting software such as Quick Books or similar tools (training provided if required)

Required

Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting with end-to-end process exposure
 Strong fundamentals in accounting principles
 Good working knowledge of MS Excel
 Willingness to work in US shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
 Good communication and analytical skills

Work Conditions

 Bond:
This position requires a 2-year service bond
 Working Days:
Monday to Friday (5 days working)
 Seasonal Working Requirement:
 During peak season, Saturdays will be working
 Season period: 15th January to 15th April
