Senior Account Officer

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping and general ledger accounting
Record journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare basic financial reports and support financial analysis
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for accounting-related matters
Work on accounting software such as Quick Books or similar tools (training provided if required)

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting with end-to-end process exposure
Strong fundamentals in accounting principles
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Willingness to work in US shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Good communication and analytical skills

Work Conditions

Bond:
This position requires a 2-year service bond
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (5 days working)
Seasonal Working Requirement:
During peak season, Saturdays will be working
Season period: 15th January to 15th April
