Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UK Accountant, based in Ahmedabad. The UK Accountant will be responsible for managing and reviewing financial records, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and handling tax compliance for UK-based clients. Day-to-day responsibilities also include conducting audits, reconciling accounts, ensuring all financial practices comply with HMRC regulations, and collaborating with the broader accounting team to meet client expectations effectively.

Qualifications
Expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax Compliance processes
Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Payroll Processing, and Accounts Reconciliation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare accurate financial statements
Familiarity with UK tax laws and regulations, including HMRC compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Quick Books, Xero, or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and professional environment
Preferred:
Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience with international accounting practices is a bonus
