Key Responsibilities:

Review  US individual and business tax returns  (1040, 1065, 1120, etc.)
Lead, mentor, and support a team of tax preparers
Ensure  accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery  of returns
Communicate and coordinate with  US-based clients and internal teams
Provide training, guidance, and support process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Strong  technical knowledge of US taxation
Prior  review and team-handling experience
Ability to  communicate confidently with US clients
Hands-on exposure to  US tax software  such as  CCH, Drake, or Ultra Tax

What the Client Does
Provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance support
Supports month-end closing, reporting, AP/AR, and reconciliations
Works closely with overseas clients, following US accounting standards
