German Language - Sr. Accounts Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a  Senior Accounts Executive with German language proficiency  to manage  Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Balance Sheet activities  for German-speaking clients or entities. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and coordinating with stakeholders in the  DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) .

Key Responsibilities
Manage  Accounts Receivable (AR)  including invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and aging analysis.
Handle  Accounts Payable (AP)  processes such as vendor invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
Perform  Balance Sheet reconciliations  and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Prepare and review  journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities .
Communicate with  German-speaking clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders  regarding financial transactions and queries.
Support  financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements .
Monitor and resolve  account discrepancies and reconciliation issues .
Maintain accurate records in  ERP/Accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) .
Ensure adherence to  internal controls and accounting policies .

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in  Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field .
Min 1 year of experience  in accounting with exposure to  AR, AP, and Balance Sheet reconciliation .
Fluent German (B2/C1 level)  – written and verbal communication.
Strong understanding of  accounting principles and financial processes .
Proficiency in  Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools .
