Account Executive

247 is hiring for  US Account Executive  for Ahmedabad location

Roles & Responsibility:

General Accounting
Maintain accurate books under  US GAAP  using platforms such as  Quick Books Online, Net Suite, or Xero .
Manage the  full general ledger cycle  with proper documentation and audit-ready records.

Accounts Payable (AP)
Vendor setup and W-9 management.
Perform  3-way matching  and process vendor bills.
Execute payments through   or similar tools .
Support  1099 preparation and documentation .

Accounts Receivable (AR)
Generate and manage customer invoices.
Record receipts and perform  cash application .
Review  aging reports  and follow up on collections.

Reconciliations
Perform monthly reconciliations for:
Bank accounts
Credit cards
Merchant processors (Stripe, Pay Pal, etc.)

Month-End Close
Prepare accruals, prepaids, depreciation, payroll journal entries, and reclassifications.

· Deliver  monthly financial statements  including:
Profit & Loss
Balance Sheet
Supporting schedules and work papers.

Tax & Compliance Support
Prepare data for  sales and use tax filings  in coordination with CPAs.
Maintain  nexus and exemption documentation .

Payroll Coordination
Work with US payroll providers such as  ADP, Gusto, or Paychex .
Manage payroll inputs, review payroll reports, and ensure correct GL mapping.

Process & Communication
Maintain  SOPs and internal control processes .
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams via  Email, Slack, and Zoom  while meeting SLAs.

Candidate Requirements
Education
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

Experience
4–6+ years of accounting experience
Minimum 2+ years working with US-based client
