Role

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, processing transactions.

Financial Data Management:
Record transactions (invoices, receipts, payments, etc.) using accounting software - Tally.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and generate tax invoices while adhering to regulations. Track and categorize expenses, maintaining all general account entries.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card activities for accuracy.
Assist with GST data preparation and ensure compliance.

Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels, minimum order quantities (MOQs) using Tally and Excel.
Manage stock replenishment for efficient inventory flow.

Customer Support:
Send professional payment reminders via email and Whats App
Follow up with clients regarding payments
Address and resolve payment discrepancies.

Qualifications

Experience with bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and general ledger management
Knowledge of financial software - Tally
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Accounting
Work Experience - Min 1 year
