At  Cavitak Marketing Pvt. Ltd. , we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented  Accounts Receivable Associate  to join our team. If you have experience in collections, customer reconciliations, ageing reports, and cash flow management, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage accounts receivable ageing reports.
Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders for timely collections.
Reconcile customer payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
Prepare MIS, ageing, collections, and credit risk reports.
Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve pending orders due to payment issues.
Support initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.

What We're Looking For
MBA (Finance), M.Com, or BBA (Finance).
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
Strong knowledge of receivables management, reconciliations, and ageing analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
