US Tax Senior

Key Responsibilities
Prepare & review  Form 1040  and complex individual tax returns.
Prepare & review  Forms 1065, 1120 & 1120S .
Handle K-1s, capital accounts, basis calculations and book-tax adjustments.
Prepare & review  FBAR, FATCA, Form 8938, 1116, 2555 & PFIC/8621 .
Handle international forms including  5471, 5472, 8865, 8858 & 1118 .
Work on partnership taxation including  704(b), 704(c), 754, 743(b) & 734(b) .
Handle federal, state and multi-state tax returns.
Research complex US tax issues and document technical conclusions.
Review work prepared by junior tax professionals and provide technical guidance.
Coordinate with US CPA clients and resolve tax-related queries.
Ensure timely completion of returns, extensions and estimates.

Candidate Profile
2–4+ years of relevant  US Tax experience .
Strong knowledge of US Individual and/or Business Taxation.
International tax reporting experience is highly preferred.

Experience with US CPA clients preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and review skills.
CA / CPA / EA qualification will be an advantage.
