Position :  Accounts Receivable Executive

Location   :  Ahmedabad in Prahladnagar

Education:

Any graduate

Experience   :  Minimum 02 year to maximum 07 years

Key Responsibilities:

Track & monitor receivables from e-commerce marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, etc.)
Manage accounts receivable process for e-commerce industry, ensuring timely collection of customer payments.
Handle chargebacks, file claims/disputes, and reconcile payment gateway transactions accurately.
Prepare GST returns on outward supplies and maintain records according to accounting standards (AS).
Utilize Zoho Books or Tally software to manage financial operations efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, and billing.
Ensure GST compliance and accuracy of supporting documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer service) to resolve order/return issues
Support monthly closing and accrual/provision accounting activities
Verify and validate deductions such as commissions, logistics charges, penalties, and adjustments
Support internal and external audits as required

Package :  6 LPA

Working days   :  5 days a week

Working hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
