Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of daily tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing support to executives. Duties will also include ensuring smooth office operations by managing clerical tasks and fostering professional communication within and outside the organization.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to professionally interact with clients and team members.
Expertise in Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and documentation, to maintain accurate records and support office functions.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools, is preferred.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is an advantage.
