Core Responsibilities:
Bill Desk:
Assisting in bill desk operations
Scanning and uploading the invoices in the portal
Coordinating for timely approvals with the concerned approvers.
Handling over the hand copies of the approved invoices with the finance team for payment processing.
Courier Desk:
Coordinating with the vendors for the timely dispatch of the office courier
Tracking the shipment for timely delivery with the consignee.
Assisting allied staff (office boys) in maintaining courier records.
General Administration:
Assisting in the House Keeping operations
Ensuring daily checks for office upkeep
Checking on the House Keeping and Stationary Materials and placing timely order with the vendor
Assisting during indoor and outdoor office events.
Key Performance Indicators:
Administrative Support
Qualification and Skill Sets:
Any Graduate.
Good administrative skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good with MS Office.
