You’ll work across customer accounts and a small number of Carbon Farm-led initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and long-term account growth.
You’ll partner closely with project developers, agri-food companies, and NGOs running sustainable rice programs, making sure they get maximum value from Carbon Farm’s platform and services. You’ll help customers adopt new products, expand into new regions or program phases, and grow their partnership with Carbon Farm over time.
As part of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you’ll coordinate delivery across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product Support—owning the day-to-day plan, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring projects stay on track. This is a relationship-driven role that blends customer enablement with hands-on project delivery in carbon markets.
Responsibilities
Lead project management for B2B software roll-outs in the region
Deliver engaging training sessions for customer teams
Manage customer reviews and the license renewal process
Collect feedback, engage with the product team, and help shape new features and upgrades
Collaborate with sales teams on expansion opportunities and upselling initiatives
Provide clear, actionable project reporting
Track and report on key CSM metrics
Build strong, long-term relationships with agri-food companies, project developers, and NGOs
Act as a strategic advisor—helping customers scale their impact and unlock new Carbon Farm products and services
Serve as a day-to-day point of coordination for carbon project development workflows (e.g., baseline planning, evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, registry/VVB touchpoints)
Support with interactions with the registry/VVBs and other carbon market stakeholders
Travel as needed to customer sites, events, or internal meetings (expect some travel)
Qualifications/Experience
Experience with carbon markets/carbon project development
Ideally 5–10 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or project management in a B2B software/SaaS/technology consulting context
Excellent project management and communication skills
Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-paced, international team
Experience in a start-up/scale-up
Experience and success with remote collaboration
Please note:
If you bring exceptional strategic alignment and cultural fit, we’re open to considering candidates with a bit less or more experience than the profile we have advertised.
