The Role:

As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing designs for packaging, labels, and promotional materials tailored to meet the unique requirements of our clients. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing brand identity and ensuring regulatory compliance within the cosmetic and dermatology sectors.

Key responsibilities:

Develop innovative and visually appealing packaging, labels, and branding materials for cosmetic and dermatology products.
Design brochures, flyers, social media creatives, website graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Work closely with the NPD, marketing, and regulatory teams to create packaging that is both compliant and market-ready.
Generate new and creative ideas for product presentations, advertising campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Stay updated on design trends, competitor branding, and consumer preferences to enhance brand positioning.
Liaise with printing and packaging vendors to ensure high-quality production and material selection.
Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistency and innovation in design output.
Work efficiently with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel

DRAW, InDesign, and other relevant software.
Coordinate with the marketing, digital, and product development teams to align design with business strategies.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all designs to ensure consistency in visual identity.

Required qualification and skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and marketing designs.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel

DRAW, etc.).
Knowledge of print production processes, packaging materials, and branding trends.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent creativity, communication, and leadership skills.
