Role Description
This is a full-time (10 am to 2 pm & 4.30 to 8.30 pm) on-site role for a dental office Receptionist located in Ahmedabad. The dental Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including answering phone calls & scheduling appointments. Additional responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout daily interactions.

Some key responsibilities and requirements for this position:
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients in filling out information forms.
- Preparing patients' records and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
-Management of dental lab and vendors related tasks
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
