Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and support socio-economic surveys and need assessment studies
Assist in planning and implementation of training and capacity-building programmes
Support livelihood analysis and implementation of skill development and vocational training activities
Assist in preparation and implementation of Gender Action Plan
Support activities related to RCH/MCH and community health awareness
Facilitate community consultations and participatory planning processes
Coordinate with AMC, local agencies, NGOs, and community institutions
Monitor field activities and assist in preparation of progress reports
Ensure compliance with World Bank guidelines and project requirements
Qualifications &
Experience:
Graduate degree in Social Sciences or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of overall work experience , including at least 2 years in rural development projects
Sound understanding of socio-economic surveys, training & capacity building, and need assessment processes
Experience in livelihood analysis, skill development, and vocational training programmes
Experience in Gender Action Plan implementation and RCH/MCH activities
Strong participatory management skills
Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
