Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant/Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at SKIPS University, Ahmedabad. The role involves delivering lectures, conducting research, supervising student projects, and actively participating in academic and administrative activities within the department.

Qualifications
Knowledge of Human Resource Management principles
Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship
Research skills in the field of HRM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Expertise in HR analytics and technology tools
Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or related field
Prior industry experience in HR roles
