Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about programs and courses, and assisting in application completion. Additional responsibilities include counseling students on education options, addressing their queries, maintaining effective communication, and helping them achieve their academic goals. The role also involves contributing to enrollment targets and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective guidance to students.
Customer Service and relationship-building skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and address their concerns proactively.
Sales skills and the ability to achieve enrollment targets by connecting with prospective students and understanding their needs.
Experience or knowledge in the Education sector, with an understanding of international education systems being a plus.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools for managing student information and tracking progress.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Relevant educational background, preferably a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in counseling or related fields.
Fluency in English and other regional languages is an advantage.
