Role

Description:

Counsel prospective students and parents on international education opportunities, including universities, courses, programs, and study destinations.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, preferences, and financial considerations to provide personalized study-abroad guidance.
Manage leads throughout the complete sales funnel, from initial counselling and profile assessment to application, conversion, and enrolment.
Drive admissions and revenue through consultative selling, timely follow-ups, relationship building, and effective objection handling.
Manage premium and high-value student profiles while ensuring a high standard of service and personalized customer experience.
Guide and prepare students for university interviews and other stages of the admission process.
Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their application and admission journey, ensuring timely communication and support.
Achieve intake-wise admission and visa targets in line with organizational business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the decision-making and application journey.
