We are working on a large-scale, land-backed renewable energy initiative focused on utility-scale and open-access solar projects across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.

This role is intended for professionals who have direct exposure to MW-scale solar development and understand how projects move from feasibility to developer commitment in real conditions.

Role Overview

The role involves working closely with the founder on strategic and commercial decision-making related to utility-scale solar projects, including:

• Assessing solar feasibility of land parcels (MW potential, grid/substation proximity, evacuation considerations)

• Advising on project suitability and structuring (utility, open-access, captive)

• Engaging with solar developers and IPPs on project readiness and alignment

• Supporting commercial frameworks (rent benchmarks, timelines, decision milestones)

• Providing technical–commercial insight for land-to-solar conversions

This is a high-discretion role and requires comfort with confidential, high-value initiatives.

Experience & Profile

• 6+ years of experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy development

• Demonstrated involvement in multi-MW solar projects

• Strong understanding of:

• Grid connectivity and evacuation

• Solar project economics

• Developer evaluation and go/no-go decision processes

• Ability to operate independently with senior-level judgment
