We operate through secure, compliant systems and trained pharmacy professionals who support day-to-day U.S. pharmacy operations including:
● Prescription Processing – eRx verification, refill requests, product selection, DUR review support, and accuracy checks.
● Prior Authorization (PA) Support – end-to-end management of insurance prior authorizations, including form completion, documentation, follow-ups, and status tracking.
● Refill Management – assisting with refill queues, prescription renewals, and communication with prescribers.
● Billing & Claims Support – coordination with pharmacy billing workflows, rejection resolution, and documentation.
● Customer & Clinical Support – ensuring high-quality patient interaction support depending on client requirements.

Training Duration: 3 months (paid training)
Role Overview
The Pharmacy Specialist plays a key role in supporting U.S. pharmacies with prescription processing, insurance coordination, documentation, and workflow tasks. This role is ideal for pharmacy graduates who want structured training, career growth, and international healthcare exposure.
You will be trained on U.S. pharmacy workflows, key software systems, prescription standards, and communication protocols. Our training team ensures every new hire becomes confident and job-ready before handling live responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Prescription Processing
● Review electronic prescriptions (eRx) for accuracy and completeness.
● Assist with prescription data entry and verification.
● Support DUR (Drug Utilization Review) checks as per training.
● Identify missing information and prepare documentation for correction.
Insurance & Prior Authorization Support
● Work on insurance claim issues, rejections, and follow-ups.
● Complete prior authorization forms based on prescriber instructions.
● Coordinate documentation and status tracking for PA approvals.
Refill & Workflow Support
● Manage refill request queues.
● Communicate clinically relevant information to internal teams.
● Ensure timely processing of high-volume prescriptions.
Quality, Compliance & Documentation
● Maintain 100% accuracy and compliance with U.S. pharmacy standards.
● Follow HIPAA and company confidentiality guidelines.
● Meet productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.
Collaboration & Reporting
● Work closely with leads and QA team.
● Participate in team meetings and skill-building sessions.
● Provide daily workflow updates to reporting managers.
Required Qualifications
●
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.
D (preferred).
● Strong understanding of pharmacy fundamentals.
● Good written and verbal English communication.
● Ability to work a full-time night shift (Monday–Friday).
● Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
