Role Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to work within hospital environments, supporting cardiologists and clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of cardiovascular care services.
This role requires a professional who understands hospital culture, doctor engagement, and clinical workflows, and can build long-term trust with physicians while supporting operational excellence.
The role also includes supporting cardiology software solutions, conducting demonstrations, and ensuring smooth adoption by clinical teams.

Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of digital cardiovascular care systems

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
MBA in Healthcare Management is a plus
Experience
3–7 years experience in hospital coordination, medical representative roles, healthcare relationship management, or healthcare software support
Prior experience working with cardiologists or specialty departments preferred
Core Competencies
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of hospital etiquette and clinical environments
Ability to explain and demonstrate healthcare software solutions to doctors
Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
Professional presence suitable for specialist doctor engagement
Highly organized with strong coordination abilities
This role plays a critical part in strengthening collaboration between cardiologists, health check-ups and hospital systems, enabling efficient workflows, improving adoption of digital cardiology solutions, and enhancing the overall delivery of cardiovascular care.
