10 Role: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in Scrum Team
Location:
Ahmedabad
Team: You will lead multiple scrum teams across offices, driving Agile transformation and delivery excellence. Teams are domain-focused and aligned with organizational priorities.
Impact:
As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, you will:
Serve as a strategic facilitator between Product Owners, Developers, QA, UAT, and business stakeholders.
Champion Agile best practices, coach teams, and remove organizational impediments.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely rollout to production.
Mentor and develop Jr. scrum masters within the organization.
Influence organizational Agile maturity and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Oversee development, testing (QA/UAT), and production rollout.
Design and review SQL procedures and technical solutions.
Ensure delivery precision and continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate risks at project and portfolio levels.
Resolve complex problems and drive root cause analysis.
Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices.
Report on delivery metrics and project health to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
Basic:
Degree in Computer Technology or related field.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities.
Strong estimation and analytical skills.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading multiple scrum teams or large-scale Agile programs.
Expertise in risk identification and mitigation.
Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
Experience mentoring and developing Agile talent.
Strategic thinking and ability to influence organizational change.
