MSBC Group is seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI agents and intelligent automation solutions that enhance software engineering productivity. This role focuses on building scalable, production-ready AI systems used across development, QA, and Dev Ops functions.
The position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and software engineering , contributing to solutions with measurable business and operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI agents to automate software engineering and operational workflows
Analyze existing engineering processes to identify and implement automation opportunities
Build ML- and LLM-based solutions for task planning, reasoning, and decision support
Integrate AI capabilities into developer tools and internal platforms
Deploy, monitor, and continuously optimize AI systems in production environments
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML or applied machine learning
Strong proficiency in Python with solid software engineering fundamentals
Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI agent architectures
Proven experience delivering production-grade ML or automation systems
Understanding of workflow automation and task-oriented system design
Preferred
Skills:
Experience automating software development or IT operations workflows
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering
Background in Dev Ops, QA automation, or internal developer tooling
