Technical

Skills:

Strong experience with Azure / AWS Cloud and cloud-native application design.
8+ years of hands-on expertise in MEAN / MERN stack.
Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.

Experience with Azure Cosmos DB / Dynamo

DB.
Strong knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
Understanding of security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Exposure to enterprise integrations and third-party systems.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or TFS and version control repositories such as Bitbucket, Git Hub, Git Lab
Understanding of project management tools such as Atlassian JIRA

Responsibilities:
Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture using Azure/ AWS cloud services.
Design scalable, secure, and high-availability microservices architecture.
Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, resilience, and scalability are met.
Review and approve technical designs, data models, and integration approaches.
Act as the technical lead for the development team, guiding implementation best practices.
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure clean architecture principles.
Mentor developers and support technical skill growth within the team.
Resolve complex technical issues and guide root cause analysis.
Hands-on contribution in Node backend services and Angular frontend when required.
Ensure effective use of DB, including data modeling and performance optimization.
Drive API design, versioning, and inter-service communication.

Proven experience leading small-to-mid sized development teams.
