What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understand customer requirements for Audio-Video solutions

• Conduct site surveys and capture/validate all technical pre-requisites

• Design appropriate, scalable multi-vendor AV solutions

• Validate designs and solutions with OEMs and customers

• Configure, integrate, and commission AV systems

• Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Handle pre-sales and post-sales technical support activities

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and OEM partners

• Attend OEM technical trainings and certification programs

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in designing & commissioning AV solutions

• Strong exposure to boardrooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, auditoriums & conference rooms

• Knowledge of multi-vendor AV ecosystems

• Experience in ELV solutions (added advantage)

• Good communication skills—verbal and email

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external vendors

✨  Good to Have:

• CTS Certified Engineer

• Knowledge of programming Crestron Controllers

• Experience with Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) and Audio Mixers
