Education Qualification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management or related field
5-8 years of work experience, tech, product or related industry would be great.
Roles and Responsibilities
Drive digital consumer experience for customer products, including web, mobile app, chatbot, and Whats App & ensure business cases and customer satisfaction goals are met by working closely with the business, tech and design teams.
Use digital measurement framework as a guide to build products and uncover optimization opportunities for defined KPIs such as conversion rates, page views, and installs.
Digitize experience by launching features and enhancing user experience.
Drive digital KPIs through AB testing, multivariate testing, personalized features, and products.
Use analytics tools to effectively measure, analyze, and quantify the impact of all products, features, and use cases.
Track, analyze, and report a variety of traffic and usage data metrics to draw meaningful insights and create feature prioritization.
Test new product features before they are implemented to ensure adherence to product specifications.
Participate in user feedback interviews and surveys to gather product intelligence and use it for new product features and enhancement.
